Eyes on the Border is a grassroots, privately-funded initiative to reestablish control of the U.S.-Mexico border.
The concept is simple. The federal government is failing to meet its border-control obligations. In Texas, this has had the effect of putting small numbers of county sheriffs in the position of being the front-line of law enforcement along our part of the Mexican border.
Our guys are smart and brave–but they are out-spent, out-gunned, and out-manned. Eyes on the Border (EOTB) aims to alter this reality.
Initially, our efforts focused on delivering an all-volunteer funded and manned surveillance plane to help county sheriffs patrol the border; click here to learn more about the project and how you can help.
EOTB subsequently took on two additional campaigns:
(1) “Justice on the Border,” an effort to secure equal justice for unjustly imprisoned border patrol agents Ramos and Compean; click here to learn more about the case and how you can help.
(2) The “Gary Brugman Project,” a campaign to assist former border patrol agent Gary Brugman reestablish his life after his unjust imprisonment by federal prosecutors; click here to learn more about the case and how you can help.
Together, all of these efforts represent the very best American traditions of personal initiative and patriotism.
We love our country–citizens of all ethnicities, backgrounds and faiths–and refuse to sit helplessly as politicians, lawyers and bureaucrats in Washington D.C. put other priorities ahead of protecting our border.
Please help us, by making a contribution and spreading the word as far and wide as you can.
God Bless,
Edd Hendee
Director, Eyes on the Border
Note: All administrators and staff of EOTB are unpaid; 100% of your contribution is devoted to furthering our agenda and advancing our campaigns in the “real world.”
